Christmas Stress Already

Oh, I thought I could be so prepared and sly this year making sure the kids keep wanting through the season what they said they originally wanted. Who knew an innocent trip to Walmart for some food storage would ruin all my plans! The girls saw little (48" high and 26" wide) colored Christmas trees just their size. Rachel of course wants the red sparkley one and Sarah wants the pink. Why can't they at least want the same one?! Sometimes things like this make me sad we don't live in a house where they can have fun things like this. They really aren't too expensive and it would be fun for them to decorate and have in their room, but there isn't any room! They took my tall silk plants into their room to show me today how they would fit them in there trying to convince me that Santa would be bringing them and we'd better figure out where they can go.

This is the picture Rachel is sending Santa. I quess on the up side there wouldn't be new toys in the room, and they could be boxed up in the garage most of the year. Oh poor Santa!

Maybe a grandparent could send one? Good luck!
