Adam found a dead fish.
Sarah was very excited to study its anatomy.
After visiting my parents we headed to Cerritos to see Aunt Luise and Uncle Van.

Just like his mom!
He loved this mound of sand.
Aunt Luise's library is awesome.
But it was torture to be at such an amazing library and not be able to check out any books.
Making friends with the snails.
Another day at the beach
Adam dug a great hot tub.
The girls
Time to relax after a tough day of playing at the beach.
The girls tended to the flowers around Aunt Luise's new tree.
We had such a fun visit.
When we got home it was time for simultaneous Scout camp and Girl's camp.
Tyler took the Scouts towards Zion's but stopped at the visitors center for the Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints in St. George.

He's mine too!
Time to go back to the hotel
and cool off in the pool.
The next morning we hiked the tiny mountain with the A on it you can see behind the pool.
Tyler's boss Aaron hiked with us. I thought he was wearing one of his medals from running a race, because he is always wearing his medals. But I see it is just his name badge for the conference.
That evening we went to the Mesa temple before driving home.
Back at home Tyler is sharing some knowledge from the conference about self defense. He only has one month left to prepare Sarah for the rigors of dating.
Adam wanted to go to sonic to redeem a school award coupon.
He chose a yummy shake!
We had to pack quickly after that trip as the many trips of the summer continue in July with us heading to Utah. Let's count the trips of this month: Ventura; CA then Cerritos, CA; Scout Camp and Girls Camp; Tyler's Law Conference in Tempe, AZ. Luckily the Cole's took a trip to us and saved us from a little more driving:)
