In March Grandpa Gary came for Adam's birthday! He tried out the Allegient airline and they had some delays, so while we waited, Sarah sat outside talking to the birds.
We went to McDonald's for dinner, then headed to Sarah's symphony practice, and showed Grandpa the gum tree where all the Dobson high students stick their ABC gum.
Then we started the fun.
We flew a kite down by the cow path.
Ate Cheetos.
Watched Napoleon Dynamite and mimicked his moves.
Played the Farming Game.
On Adam's birthday morning we had donuts for breakfast.
And opened presents.
He was so excited about his Lego Castle!
He is such a happy birthday boy!
Going for a walk.
On the way to the airport we drove past the Gilbert Temple.
And stopped for lunch and brown toppers at McDonald's.
Goodbye Grandpa, come again soon! We love you so much!
On the way home we stopped by Walmart, where the kids started doing an EOS commercial for me.
We got this for Scott and Katie's little boy Jace.
Coming home the clouds looked so cool on the mountains behind our house.
Then we had special visitors. Cole, Sheralyn, Christine, Cory, and Rob came in town for a tournament. Spencer came too, but he stayed with his team.
Baby Christine had lots of fans!
So did Cole and Spencer! They competed in the national college raquetball tournament.
Christine fell asleep in Sarah's lap.
She snuggled with Rachel.
And she laughed with Adam.
Cole was so proud of his trophy.
It was bigger than Christine! He was calling it his second child!
My trophies.
We had family pictures on the last day of the month.
