November '13

November started in the best way possible. A trip to the airport to pick up special guests and straight to the temple to do family names.
Sarah loved having Grandma all to herself for the car drive so they could get all caught up.
Waiting outside Fry's while Grandpa gets distilled water.
Time to relax.
Swimming
Target practice.
Costco-Grandpa restocked our food storage and pantry.
Puzzles.
Going to Lunch Downtown.
We had a special lunch at the TGIFriday's at the Chase Fields ballpark.
With this view.
Goodbye wonderful grandparents!
Scooptacular, a nice after service Saturday treat.
Adam trying to wear every hat in the house.
Done with that book!  Hi-yah!
The kids woke up early one morning and put this together. We said 1 week early would be okay.
Relief Society bread night.
Beautiful
 Dollies
Special visit from Lorene and Steve. So special since we missed our special Sedona trip.
They came to church with us and then we had a few hours before taking them to the airport.
Adam is thrilled we found snow pants while we were shopping with Sister Tait at the The Salvation Army. Now he is ready for the cold weather! He is so excited he wore them to the grocery store, but it's 80 degrees out.
We went to the Mercado's wedding.

Christmas Shopping. This is what we think Aunt Fran would want.
This is what we think Aunt Jenny would want.
Giant Fort game over Thanksgiving break, it is so fun to have time to relax together and just play.
Playing the Farming Game. Ty must have missed his harvest!
Adam is so excited for the traditional park time on Thanksgiving day while we wait for that turkey to cook.
The feast is ready!
Ready to chow! Just kidding. We were getting silly with the bib. It was a baby gift from Aunt Jenny and Uncle Ross for Sarah years ago.

During chores we got a stick-pull game going
Mom was winning everyone...
Then Dad came along....kiss for the loser?
A trip out to the temple, so beautiful.

Sarah had a special bunch of names that needed to be done right away, so we went and did their baptisms.  Rachel and Adam entertained themselves reverently. What a difference it is to attend the temple in this stage of life. We are so thankful for the temple and it's power in our lives.
